Customer Service Executive

Overview

Levante Holding is seeking a committed and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to oversee client interactions and uphold a high standard of satisfaction within the real estate sector in Doha, Qatar. This role entails managing inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting sales and leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Address incoming and outgoing customer communications including calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
• Deliver precise details regarding property listings, rates, availability, and procedural information.
• Record new leads and maintain up-to-date customer records within the CRM platform.
• Schedule property viewing appointments and conduct follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while escalating more complex problems as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of customer exchanges and feedback.
• Provide support to sales, leasing, and property management teams by coordinating customer interactions.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales and leasing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferred but not mandatory.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role; experience in the real estate domain is advantageous.
• Exhibit strong communication skills in Arabic; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Demonstrate solid interpersonal abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic proficiency with computer software such as MS Office and CRM applications.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure while meeting service benchmarks.
