Job description
Overview
Ms Consultant is seeking Customer Service Executives for voice process roles based in Mumbai. Applicants must be local as no relocation assistance will be provided. The positions cover international and domestic customer service responsibilities with varying shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
Work Details and Shift Timings
- International voice process operates on night shifts with 24/7 availability.
- International shift schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational offs.
- Domestic voice process operates during day shifts, approximately 9 hours per day.
- Domestic shift schedule: 6 working days with 1 rotational weekly off.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Open to freshers without prior experience.
- Must possess excellent English communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- International shift salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
- Domestic shift salary ranges from ₹16,000 to ₹24,000 per month (in-hand).
- Company provides one-way transportation facility.
