As a Customer Service Executive, you will manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through both inbound and outbound calls. Your role involves delivering accurate information and proposing effective solutions to satisfy customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12th grade pass
- Diploma holders are eligible
- Candidates with 10th and 2 years of ITI are also considered
Computer Skills
- Basic familiarity with computers is essential
- Ability to operate and navigate computer systems efficiently
- Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute with 80% accuracy is mandatory
Shift Details
- For female candidates: Any nine-hour shift between 6 AM and 8 PM, including a one-hour break
- For male candidates: Any nine-hour shift between 12 PM and 12 midnight, including a one-hour break
Compensation
- For Gujarati-speaking candidates: Total compensation up to ₹16,825 per month, inclusive of PF and ESIC
- For candidates fluent in Marathi and English: Total compensation up to ₹17,500 per month, inclusive of PF and ESIC
Additional Information
Immediate joining candidates will be preferred for this role.
