Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process

Job Overview

We are looking for skilled Customer Service Executives to join our International Voice Process team located in Navi Mumbai / Thane. Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary up to 30,000
• Joining bonus ranging from 0 to 25,000, varying by specific process
• Performance-based incentive of 2,750
• Travel allowance of 3,500 (with 1,250 for one-way travel)

Eligibility Requirements

• At least 6 months' experience in international BPO is mandatory
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
• Must have a graduate degree
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound voice-based sales services
• Interact with international customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of customer conversations and transactions
