About the Role
Altruist Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for dedicated Customer Service Associates to join their team in Bengaluru, focusing on both voice and sales processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer communications, providing detailed information about products and services, and actively promoting sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Meet and exceed sales targets established by the organization.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade.
- Age should be between 18 and 30 years.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in one of the following regional languages: Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
- Empathy in dealing with customers and effectively resolving their concerns.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
