About the Company
Vertex Group of Companies invites applications for the Customer Sales Support role based at their Gurgaon office.
Job Summary
The position requires candidates adept in communication and motivated by upselling sales opportunities. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls to generate sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals consistently.
- Engage and convert potential clients by following up on leads.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships with excellent service.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work toward boosting sales conversion rates and revenue.
Requirements
- Experience between 6 months to 1 year in upselling, telecalling, or BPO roles.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Effective negotiation and customer/merchant handling abilities.
- Goal-oriented and highly self-driven approach.
- Basic proficiency with computers.
- Availability to join immediately.
Additional Information
- Work Location: Sector 18, Phase 4, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon, Delhi-NCR.
- Working Mode: Onsite with fixed shifts.
- Weekly Schedule: Sunday fixed off.
- Salary Range: 25,000 to 27,000 INR per month.
