About the Role

We are currently seeking Customer Sales Specialists for an international voice-based position located in Gurugram. The role requires handling customer calls professionally and efficiently while delivering excellent solutions to customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates will bring strong communication skills and prior experience supporting international voice or sales processes.

Key Duties

• Professionally manage inbound customer calls.
• Address customer questions and offer suitable resolutions.
• Ensure consistently high customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Accurately record all customer interactions in relevant systems.
• Achieve key performance indicators and other assigned targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal aptitude.
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shift patterns.
• Preference for candidates available to join immediately.
• At least 1 year of experience in international voice or sales roles is compulsory.
