Job Overview

BetterGrowth Solutions is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representatives for full-time remote positions. The role involves engaging with customers by phone and online, generating leads, and meeting sales targets during the night shift schedule.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Night shift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST)
• Working days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 plus performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective customers through calls and online platforms
• Clearly and professionally present the company’s products and services
• Generate leads and convert these opportunities into confirmed customers
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Follow up on potential clients and keep accurate records of interactions
• Consistently work to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer acquisition strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Effective customer handling and persuasive skills
• Basic proficiency with computers and internet usage
• Capability to work independently within a remote setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
• Encouragement for freshers with good communication skills to apply
