Customer Sales Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Sales Officer to engage with clients through outbound calls, introducing them to FR8 Logistics and highlighting how our FR8 app can address their challenges and enhance connectivity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Present FR8 and its advantages to potential customers, explaining how our app can streamline their processes.
• Onboard customers to the FR8 technology platform effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to expand their load connectivity with FR8.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure effective truck connections with customers.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Proficient in Hindi; knowledge of other local languages is advantageous.
• Age between 18 and 29 years.
• Female candidates can work from home; male candidates must be onsite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Possession of a laptop is mandatory.

• Leads for outbound calling will be provided by the company.
