Role Overview

The Customer Platform Architect plays a critical role in supporting customers deploying on-premise infrastructure for hosting Filigran products. Key duties include on-premise platform deployment assistance, conducting health assessments, and advising during pre-sales on infrastructure needs. This position ensures accurate infrastructure sizing, adapts setups to various technical and security environments, and maintains platform reliability for threat management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning, installing, and configuring their platforms tailored to their specific requirements.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and proactively manage infrastructure-related challenges.
• Perform periodic health audits of platforms to evaluate performance and robustness, suggesting improvements.
• Create, maintain, and update clear technical documentation on architecture for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to align architecture with product development and support solution engineers in pre-sales platform issue resolution and design input.

Collaboration Environment

• The Customer Platform Architect (CPA) for the Middle East will be part of the KSA team and report to the global CPA lead.
• This role engages regularly with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams to ensure effective operations and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Deep expertise in on-premise infrastructure components including servers, networking, virtualization, and storage, alongside experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies and orchestration tools like Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• Thorough understanding of Kubernetes architecture and deploying applications using Helm charts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude for addressing complex infrastructure issues.
• Experience in client-facing technical roles and effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, capable of operating autonomously in a remote, asynchronous work setting.
• Bonus: Prior experience in the cybersecurity domain is an advantage.
• Motivated team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and keen to learn about Filigran's products, software architecture, and threat intelligence.
