About Tend Health Ltd and the Role
Tend Health Ltd is innovating primary healthcare by combining technology with personalized care to enhance patient access and experience. Our Belfast Medical Centre clinic is currently integrating this new approach to healthcare service delivery through our mobile app and dedicated teams. We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for an 8-week fixed-term contract starting on 16th October 2026. This role requires presence at the clinic from Monday to Friday during typical business hours.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries received via phone, social media, email, and the mobile app messaging system.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the processes within the Customer Experience Team to enhance overall service quality.
- Assist with the clinical patient enrolment process to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage and handle patient files diligently to support administrative and clinical workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in dynamic or fast-paced settings.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking capabilities.
- Collaborative team member who can effectively work with clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Tech-savvy with the aptitude to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios.
Additional Information
- Position is contracted for eight weeks with the possibility of extension to a permanent role depending on roster demand and project completion.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, typically within 8:00am to 5:30pm range.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in New Zealand to be eligible.
