About Us and the Role

We are Tend Health Ltd, a progressive full-service GP provider revolutionizing primary healthcare through a mobile app and superior customer service. We focus on understanding individual needs and personalizing services accordingly, placing people at the center of everything.

We are recruiting two Customer Experience Specialists for an 8-week fixed-term contract starting 16th October 2026 at our Vercoe Brown and Bester McKay clinics. This role operates Monday through Friday during typical business hours and will be key during the integration phase of these clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, social media, email, and messaging within our app.
• Providing valuable feedback to improve Customer Experience team processes.
• Assisting with patient clinical enrolment procedures.
• Managing patient files and documentation efficiently.
• Serving as the primary contact for resolving customer experience issues and supporting the clinical team.

Candidate Profile and Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Collaborative team member, able to work across different departments.
• Technologically proficient and comfortable with digital tools.
• Good judgment and adaptability, able to think quickly on your feet.

Additional Information

• This is a fixed-term position lasting eight weeks, with the possibility of permanent employment depending on roster demands post project completion.
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
