About the Role

Rotorua Toyota, a member of the award-winning Hawkes Bay Toyota Group, is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the Used Vehicle sales team in Rotorua, Bay of Plenty. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic range of quality used vehicles where everyday tasks vary and customer interaction is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process from initial enquiry to final delivery.
• Develop strong relationships to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Stay informed about available stock and vehicle features.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and create new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with the dealership team to meet personal and team sales goals.

• Friendly and confident communicator, adept at engaging with customers.
• Self-driven with a constructive and proactive outlook.
• Keen to learn and enhance skills continuously.
• Well-organized with the ability to handle various priorities simultaneously.

Additional Information

• Previous sales experience is welcomed but not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided.
• Applicants must hold a full New Zealand driver's license.
