Job Overview
The role involves supporting customers through inbound international voice calls in a fast-paced environment, primarily during US night shifts, requiring excellent communication and customer orientation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice interactions efficiently with an international customer base.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving queries and issues promptly.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards reflecting a customer-centric attitude.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates with qualifications ranging from 12th pass, Diploma, Any Graduate to Post Graduate.
- Not eligible if currently pursuing education.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Motivated to establish a career in international BPO services.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US timings.
