About The Role
NZ Post is dedicated to connecting people, families, communities, and businesses globally. Our Customer Care Centre is a vital part of this mission, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and social media. We aim to provide a warm, friendly, and positive customer experience, ensuring every interaction is seamless and easy. This role is permanent and full-time, requiring 40 hours per week.
Important Details To Know
This position is based at our office located at 145 Orchard Road, Harewood. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts falling between 8 am and 6 pm. The role includes three weeks of intensive in-person training, conducted Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, starting from your commencement date. The anticipated start date for this role is early August, with interviews scheduled for the week of June 29th. A flexi-working option is available.
Day To Day Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Manage and resolve customer issues comprehensively by effectively utilizing various internal systems.
- Apply customer service expertise to address and de-escalate challenging customer situations, with available support.
