About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Officer to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, particularly at Parahladnagar, within the FMCG / Food & Nutrition sector. This position is open to female candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience and preferably a graduate qualification. The role is full-time and involves managing customer interactions to ensure an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone calls, emails, and online communication channels.
• Manage customer orders, provide updates on deliveries, handle returns, and address product-related questions effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive customer records ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain professionalism in all customer communications and focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Track customer service performance metrics and assist in preparing basic reports.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of handling customer concerns and problem resolution effectively.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and general computer operations.
• Prior experience in customer support, customer care, or e-commerce environments is favorable.
• Ability to multitask and professionally manage customer complaints.
