About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates for the position of Customer Care Executive in a voice support capacity located in Pocharam. Candidates with 0 to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply. The role requires fluency in English and Hindi and involves working day shifts, six days per week, with one weekly off.
Key Duties
- Answer customer calls promptly and provide appropriate assistance.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain precise records of customer information and call details.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by communicating effectively.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols and service quality benchmarks.
