Job description
Job Overview
We are looking to recruit a Customer Care Executive for our office located in KPHB, Hyderabad. The position requires managing incoming and outgoing customer calls, performing follow-ups, gathering feedback, and accurately maintaining records of all customer interactions.
Work Schedule
The role involves working standard hours from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with one rotating weekly off day. Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory working days.
Compensation
The salary package offers up to ₹16,000 per month along with attractive incentives ranging between ₹4,000 to ₹6,000.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any graduate or intermediate (12th) pass
- Experience: Both freshers and those with experience can apply
- Skills: Strong communication skills and basic proficiency in computer use
- Languages: Proficiency in Telugu, English, or Hindi
- Pursuing students are not eligible to apply
