Customer Care Executive

About the Role

Muthoot Finance is seeking motivated female candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive to join their teams operating in various locations across Delhi North including Kamla Nagar, Rohini, Paschim Vihar, North Delhi West, and Central Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Engaging with walk-in customers to promote and persuade them to use company products.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for sustained business growth.
• Facilitating business development activities to expand the client base.
• Maintaining accurate data records and preparing detailed reports as required.
• Handling customer emails and coordinating effectively with the corporate office.
• Performing related day-to-day administrative duties efficiently.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Female candidates aged between 21 and 30 years.
• Educational qualification of regular graduate or post-graduate in any stream.
• Prior experience ranging from 0 to 4 years in financial product sales is preferred.

Interview Details

Interviews will be conducted face-to-face at Muthoot Finance's office located at Plot No.7, Block: 65, Souled Store, 2nd Floor, Opposite Liberty Theatre, New Rohtak Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005.

Walk-in interviews are scheduled daily between 10 AM and 2 PM.
