About the Role

Cogent E-Services Limited, located at Prestige Shantiniketan, Thigalarapalya, Krishnarajapura, Bengaluru 560067, is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join as Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales processes. The role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving their issues, sharing comprehensive information about products and services, and meeting targeted sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Professionally attend inbound and outbound calls with customers.
• Accurately identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Communicate precise details about company products and services.
• Recognize customer needs to create sales opportunities.
• Convert potential leads and consistently meet set sales targets.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service.
• Log all customer interactions following established procedures.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Minimum education of 12th standard pass.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Strong aptitude for customer interaction and problem-solving.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not a must.
• Open to freshers willing to learn and perform.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹18,000 and ₹23,000.

Work Shifts

• Male candidates will work on a 24×7 rotational shift pattern.
