Customer Care Executive

About the Role

We are searching for a motivated Telecaller/Customer Support Executive to join our Sales & Customer Support department in Chennai. This full-time role requires engaging with customers via phone to introduce our Robotic Vacuum Cleaners, understand their needs, and arrange product demonstrations with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers and track leads diligently.
• Convey the features, advantages, and functionality of robotic vacuum cleaners in an easily understandable manner.
• Gather customer requirements and respond to fundamental product questions effectively.
• Persuade interested prospects to participate in product demos.
• Organize and schedule product demonstrations at convenient times for customers.
• Conduct follow-ups post-demo and maintain updated status reports.
• Accurately record customer and lead information in Excel or CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to coordinate demo schedules.
• Meet daily and weekly targets related to call volumes and demo appointments.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales roles.
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities over the phone.
• Confidence in explaining product details clearly to customers.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM platforms.
• Effective follow-up skills and capability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or sales fields is considered advantageous.
