About the Role
Join Vee Yss Lifestyles Robotics Pvt. Ltd. as a Store Sales Executive, responsible for engaging customers visiting the store and providing comprehensive product demonstrations of TIRON robotic vacuum cleaners. This role involves actively generating sales through direct customer interaction and effective follow-up using telecalling.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist customers at the showroom to assess their needs.
- Present product features and benefits clearly by demonstrating TIRON robotic vacuum cleaners.
- Drive sales via walk-in customers and product demonstrations.
- Conduct telephonic communication to follow up on potential leads and inquiries.
- Manage billing processes, collect payments, and prepare invoices accurately.
- Maintain records related to customers, sales, billing, and daily store activities.
- Ensure the showroom is tidy, well-organized, and that products are attractively displayed.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to fulfill customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed 12th grade or possesses any bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication skills coupled with aptitude for customer service.
- Basic skills in computer use and billing procedures.
- Experience in sales, retail, or telecalling is an advantage.
- Open to freshers who demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
- Goal-driven and presentable demeanor expected.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000.
