Customer Care Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Care Executive for an inbound position handling Voice, Email, and Chat communications. The role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring satisfaction while supporting the company's products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer complaints received via telephone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure timely support.
• Provide professional and courteous support to customers at all times.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services to address all customer questions accurately.
• Enhance the overall customer experience by swiftly attending to issues and resolving concerns.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines while interacting with customers.
• Propose strategies to improve promotion of products and services, aiming to boost customer satisfaction.
• Protect customer confidential information by limiting access and use to official purposes only.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service aptitude combined with analytical skills.
• Previous experience in BPO voice process is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts with flexible days off.
• Availability for a 6-day workweek.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Full-time, onsite at Noida office.
• Salary range: ₹23,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
