Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize customer needs and ensure they are central to all tasks.
- Build rapport with customers and deliver prideful service.
- Maintain consistent availability of products and services for customers.
- Handle merchandise carefully to preserve quality and ensure optimal condition upon delivery.
- Keep retail floor and storage areas clean and orderly at all times.
- Adhere to departmental routines and procedures following provided training.
- Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Be flexible to assist colleagues across different departments as required.

- Ability to provide natural, friendly customer service through greeting, acknowledging, and assisting customers proactively.
