Role Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of facility floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Collect and dispose of trash appropriately.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Dust various surfaces including furniture, walls, machinery, and equipment.
• Conduct light maintenance work on equipment as required.
• Assist with moving products to support production requirements.
• Perform daily equipment upkeep and safety inspections.
• Ensure production areas and the facility are kept clean and organized.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks on both equipment and facilities.
• Communicate effectively with different departments to assist production processes.
• Receive cross-training across multiple operational areas to provide support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Comfortable handling chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Possess basic mechanical maintenance abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-driven and motivated to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Capable of lifting materials weighing up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Work typically occurs in a standard manufacturing setting.
• Frequent manual lifting of up to 30 pounds is part of the job.
• Use of safety gear such as eye protection, hearing protection, work boots, and hard hats is mandatory while operating machinery and tools.
• Loose clothing and jewelry are prohibited during operations.
