Custodial Services Worker

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures including OSHA guidelines, local, state, federal regulations, and company requirements to maintain a secure workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to support health and safety standards.
• Properly handle and upkeep housekeeping equipment with care and accuracy.
• Perform cleaning duties according to Aramark and client quality expectations in assigned areas.
• Manage trash disposal responsibly and transport waste to designated locations adhering to protocol.
• Identify and communicate maintenance issues by submitting work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Secure facilities by locking and unlocking as necessary to protect the premises and company assets.

Candidate Profile

• Previous custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Understanding and adherence to safety measures when working around physical risks and hazardous substances.
• Friendly and positive attitude, fostering excellent guest service and cooperative relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to meet the needs of various guests.

Physical and Additional Requirements

This position may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended standing and walking. Use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be mandatory depending on tasks.
