Curriculum Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Curriculum Developer to create and design educational curricula across various courses and grade levels. This position involves combining content knowledge with effective teaching strategies to produce materials that are practical for instructors and beneficial for students.

Key Duties

• Develop comprehensive course outlines, scope and sequences, and detailed unit plans.
• Create lesson plans, engaging activities, assessments, and additional teaching resources.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with recognized educational standards such as Common Core, NGSS, IB, and AP.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to enhance curriculum content.
• Conduct pilot implementations and revise materials based on classroom insights.
• Manage curriculum content and maintain version control for all educational assets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience in curriculum development or teaching roles with content creation duties.
• Strong expertise in assigned subject areas.
• Familiar with various educational standards and frameworks.
• Excellent abilities in writing, editing, and clear communication.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and designing assessments.
• A Master’s degree in education or a related discipline is advantageous.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary reflecting experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with an indicative range between $65,000 and $105,000 USD equivalent, supplemented by benefits.
