- Deliver excellent and friendly customer service to create a welcoming restaurant atmosphere.
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation and uphold Chipotle’s quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Show genuine passion for supporting customers and fellow team members.
- Be eager to learn and improve cooking skills extensively.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.
