The Role

Join Chipotle as a Crew Member to contribute to a fast yet quality-focused food experience. This position involves preparing fresh food daily without reliance on freezers or microwaves. Employees receive thorough training on various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring confidence and skill development. Crew Members play an essential part in delivering excellent customer service and nurturing a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh food items by hand at assigned stations.
• Provide courteous and friendly service to customers to create a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications

• Possess a cheerful and enthusiastic personality.
• Genuine interest in assisting and serving customers and colleagues alike.
• Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
• Full tuition assistance covering up to 100% of certain degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
