Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh menu items by hand daily using various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Maintain excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Support team operations by collaborating with fellow crew members in all restaurant tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards assisting customers and team members.
• Be passionate about serving others with a willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• Be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in the primary language(s) used at the location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly pay ranging from $14.50 to $15.50, with eligibility for digital tips.
