Opportunity Overview
As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will engage in hands-on food preparation including grilling, cashiering, prepping ingredients, mixing salsas, and managing the expo station. This role welcomes candidates from all backgrounds, whether you have prior food service experience or are new to this field.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service that creates an inviting atmosphere for guests
- Prepare real food daily by hand without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Perform station duties such as grilling, cashier work, prepping ingredients, salsa preparation, and order assembly
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
Candidate Expectations and Eligibility
- Bring a positive, enthusiastic attitude toward serving customers and supporting team members
- Have a genuine interest in learning food preparation and cooking skills extensively
- Be at least 16 years old
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location
