Job Summary
Join Chipotle's team as a Crew Member, where you will be trained to confidently handle various roles including grilling, cashiering, food prep, salsa making, and expediting orders. No prior experience is required; whether you have worked in food service or not, your enthusiasm and passion for learning are highly valued. What You Will Do
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily, following Chipotle's standards without the use of microwaves or freezers.
- Perform tasks at different workstations such as grill, prep, cashier, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for customers through excellent service.
- Engage with team members and customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Friendly and energetic demeanor with a genuine passion for serving and helping others.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills on the job.
- Effective communicator in the primary language of the work location.
