Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will be integral to delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. This role involves hands-on food preparation at various stations including grill, cashiering, food prep, salsa making, and expo duties, with comprehensive training provided. Our team members create the warm and friendly atmosphere that defines our restaurants, and many advance into management roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service ensuring a welcoming environment
• Prepare fresh food daily by hand without relying on freezers or microwaves
• Work confidently at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
• Follow food safety and quality standards strictly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

Candidate Requirements

• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for serving others
• Willingness to learn extensive cooking and preparation skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
• Open to both experienced individuals and those new to the field
