About the Role

As a Crew Member, you'll help maintain a welcoming environment while preparing hand-crafted food and providing outstanding customer service. This role offers comprehensive training across stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo, enabling team members to excel and grow into leadership roles.
Responsibilities
Your key duties include preparing fresh food items by hand daily and contributing to a friendly customer atmosphere. You will work in various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, ensuring high standards in food quality and customer interaction. Delivering excellent service and teamwork is essential.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
- Have a passion for helping and serving both customers and fellow team members.
- Be eager to learn and develop cooking skills.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language used at the workplace.
