Responsibilities

• Prepare real food by hand according to Chipotle’s standards.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers.
• Perform duties in multiple stations such as grilling, cashiering, preparation, and food assembly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Show passion for serving and assisting customers and team members.
• Eager to develop substantial cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Effectively communicate in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with additional digital tips.
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
• 100% tuition coverage for selected degrees or up to $5,250 per year.
