Key Responsibilities

• Prepare real food by hand daily, operating various stations like grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

Requirements

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Possess a passion for assisting and serving customers and team members.
• Show eagerness to learn comprehensive cooking skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, eligible for digital tips, with actual pay based on skills, experience, and education.
• Tuition assistance covering 100% for selected degrees or up to $5,250 annually.
