Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will receive comprehensive training to confidently operate various kitchen stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Each team member contributes to creating an inviting and friendly environment while preparing fresh, hand-made food without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Customer service excellence and teamwork are essential aspects of this role.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
- Have a passion for serving and assisting customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Communicate effectively in the main language(s) used at the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base pay ranging from $20 to $21 per hour, plus eligible digital tips.
