Job Overview
As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you'll engage in hands-on food preparation and customer service across various stations like grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with no prior experience, and provide comprehensive training and clear career advancement paths—over 80% of our managers have started in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily, following Chipotle’s quality standards.
- Operate and rotate through workstations such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver outstanding and friendly customer service to create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
- Eagerness to learn cooking skills and develop professionally.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
