Candidate Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor

- Eager to learn extensive cooking skills
- Communicate proficiently in the primary language(s) used at the work location
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $16.00, with additional digital tips available. Chipotle provides a robust benefits package, including:
