Eversub India Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the position of Crew Member located at IIM, BG Road, Bengaluru. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance courteously.
• Prepare and serve food items adhering to the company's prescribed standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Ensure workplace cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards consistently.
• Manage billing and handle cash transactions when necessary.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of 10th grade completion.
• Good communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹18,000 (take-home pay) plus special allowance.
• Payment is made promptly on the first day of each month.
