Your Role

As a Crew Member, you will be an essential part of delivering hand-prepared food made fresh daily without the use of freezers or microwaves. Chipotle values customer service highly, and each team member helps create a welcoming environment for guests. You will receive comprehensive training to confidently work various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
