Role Overview
Starting as a Crew Member at Chipotle opens doors to a rewarding career path, with over 80% of our managers originally promoted from crew positions. You'll receive comprehensive training to confidently handle various roles including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Operate at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate a passion for serving customers and supporting team members.
- Motivated to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
