Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will engage in preparing fresh food by hand daily with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You will receive comprehensive training to work confidently at different stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere is a key responsibility. No prior experience is necessary; we welcome those enthusiastic about learning and serving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh menu items by hand following Chipotle's standards at various stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo)
• Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor to foster a positive customer experience
• Support team members and customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Participate in training to develop cooking skills and operational knowledge

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Passionate about providing excellent service and helping others, both customers and colleagues
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques extensively
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the workplace
• A friendly, energetic attitude to contribute to a collaborative work environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range of $20.00 to $21.00, eligible for digital tips
• Tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 yearly
