About the Role
Chipotle Mexican Grill is on a mission to redefine the fast food experience by serving responsibly sourced, freshly prepared meals without artificial additives. Our team members prepare each meal by hand using fresh ingredients, without reliance on freezers or microwaves. We foster a welcoming environment that encourages learning, growth, and excellent customer service at every station — including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real food manually at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver outstanding and friendly customer service to create a positive dining atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift.
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- A positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving customers and supporting teammates.
- Eagerness to learn cooking skills and adapt to various restaurant roles.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour plus eligibility for digital tips.
