Role Overview

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you will be part of a team that prepares fresh food daily using clean ingredients, working at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You will contribute to creating a welcoming environment through outstanding customer service. This role offers comprehensive training and a clear growth pathway, with over 80% of management promoted from Crew employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food by hand according to Chipotle standards without using freezers or microwaves.
• Operate various workstation roles including grilling, cashiering, food prep, salsa station, and expo.
• Deliver excellent customer service, fostering a friendly and positive restaurant atmosphere.
• Support team members and collaborate to maintain an efficient and clean workspace.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a positive and enthusiastic approach to work and customer interaction.
• Demonstrate passion for helping and serving others, including fellow team members and guests.
• Eager to learn cooking skills and develop professionally within the company.
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage range from $18.25 to $19.25, dependent on experience, education, and skill level, compliant with local wage laws.
• Tuition assistance up to $5,250 annually.
