What the Role Entails
As a Crew Member, you'll be trained to confidently work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Our team prides itself on excellent customer service, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Whether you have experience in food service roles or are new to the industry, this position offers valuable hands-on learning and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create an inviting environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, and prep areas.
Requirements
- Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Have a strong passion for assisting customers and supporting teammates.
- Be eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the location.
