Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food items by hand daily following Chipotle's standards.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding hospitality and create a warm, friendly environment.
• Operate various stations including grilling, cashiering, prep work, salsa-making, and food assembly (expo).
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Bring a positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Possess a passion for serving and supporting customers and coworkers alike.
• Eager to learn extensive cooking skills.
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.
