Role Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and high-quality food preparation.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a warm, enthusiastic attitude towards customers and teammates.
• Have a strong willingness to learn cooking skills and food preparation techniques.
• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
• No prior experience required; open to candidates from diverse backgrounds including dishwashing, cashiering, serving, cooking, or no previous food service experience.

Compensation

The base wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour and is supplemented by digital tips. Total compensation varies based on individual skills, experience, and education levels. Chipotle provides a robust benefits package to complement the pay.
