Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will receive specialized training to confidently perform at various stations such as the grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo areas. Your role involves preparing real food by hand throughout the day without the use of freezers or microwaves. You will be expected to maintain exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
• Have a strong passion for assisting and serving customers and fellow team members.
• Be eager to learn extensive cooking techniques as part of the role.
• Be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
