Role Overview

Join the Chipotle team in Independence, OH as a Crew Member, where you will help create a welcoming environment and prepare real food by hand daily. We offer comprehensive training for various station roles such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This position is ideal for individuals both with and without prior food service experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare meals by hand using fresh ingredients and follow Chipotle's cooking standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service to foster a friendly atmosphere.
• Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Support the team in maintaining clean and efficient workspace.

Who You Are

• Approachable and enthusiastic with a positive attitude toward serving and assisting others.
• Eager to learn cooking and food preparation skills.
• At least 16 years old with the ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used at the location.
